Rui Cunha Marques has consulting activity for various organizations and public and private sectors, both national and international. Highlights include the design of regulatory models of infrastructure, institutional reforms of public services and capacity building in several countries in various continents on Performance Evaluation, Regulation and Public-Private Partnerships. Among the international organizations he has developed work for the World Bank, European Investment Bank, European Union, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank and various Governments of several countries. He has carried out work all over the world, including the USA, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay in America, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea, Zambia and Morocco in Africa, Oceania Australia, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Romania and United Kingdom in Europe.
